The Golden Slipper favorite is at slim odds in the King’s Gambit Canonbury Stakes
King’s Gambit is in full cheer for the Canonbury Stakes (1100m) at Rosehill this afternoon with Ladbrokes.com.au leading up to the big 2YO race.
The Team Snowden colt is regarded as the best 2YO we have seen so far this season and despite having bigger fish to fry, he looks perfectly poised to build a winning resume. Opened $1.35 and stays there.
Rosehill’s first winner is red resistance at $5.50, clear of Shinzo at $8, which opened at $5.50 and remained fairly soft.
