“We took some big steps this week and made some changes to the bike and treated today like a test day. Switching to the Factory Connection suspension set-up was huge and having those guys here with me really meant a lot It made a difference. We narrowed down our window on some changes for the main event, so I was very pleased. I had a bad start and came from behind and overall a really good main event. I worked my way . We finished fourth, but I had a really good fight with Barcia, and I could charge all the way. I really enjoyed this race; it was the best race in a long time. So I’m really Happy how the team performed. Working how I’m doing, and good things will happen when we’re all working on the same wire. And we’re putting in serious hours, so now more There’s a lot more to come. The podium is within reach. We’re so close so I’m excited to get back to work and we’ll be back after the weekend. Going to test yourself, stay healthy, and just keep working on Leaning Forward.”
“San Diego was a bit eventful for me. I qualified second but had a big crash in the heat race and had to DNF. I went down to my first LCQ but was able to get out of there. I made the main event and had a good ride but was taken down by another rider and dropped back to 10th. I made my way up to fifth, but it was definitely a mediocre night. At least we’re healthy and we’re A2 Can try to perform better for this.
“Overall, a good day. I felt good all day and got off to a good start in practice. I felt very good going to the night show. I got a good start in the heat race, but then I made a small mistake, and after that it was difficult for me to feel good. In the main event, it was kind of the opposite; I had a bad start and came back on my way to the ground. It is very disappointing for me as I try very hard to give my best. We need to analyze this with the team and come back strong in Anaheim.

“It was a good day and night for both riders. I know the result may not be exactly what Dylan would have wanted, but his pace was there. His lap times were good, and he was right there with the front pack and on the podium.” Could see, and that’s a good thing. It was another exceptional night for Eli. He continues to prove that he is the fastest man no matter what. Still, we need to get better and stay on top Have to keep trying to survive.”
